Hopedale Walkabout with National Parks Service Ranger
Date:          Thursday  August 5th 
Time:          6:20pm to 8:50pm
Location:   Meet at the Hopedale Unitarian Church, 65 Hopedale St.
Event Info: Come along with a National Park Service Ranger from the Blackstone River Valley National Heritage Corridor to explore the town and discover some of the fascinating stories of its history. Please meet the ranger at Hopedale Unitarian Church, 65 Hopedale Street, Hopedale.  

Hopedale Concerts in the Park Featuring 8 Misbehavin’
Date:          Wednesday  July 28th  (rain date is Thursday 7-29)
Time:          7 Pm
Location:   The Bandstand at
HopedaleTownPark, Dutcher St.
Event Info: The Cultural Council along with the Parks Commission are sponsoring Concerts in the Park throughout the summer.   So bring your chair or a blanket and enjoy the music of 8 Misbehavin’.  Refreshments will be available during the show.

 

“Sweet Summer Nights” Live Music Concert Series – Featuring Jordan Canndy
Date:          Friday  July 30th
Time:          7pm-8:30pm
Location:   Sweetwilliam Farm,
153 North St, Upton
Event Info: Jordan Canndy will perform a free concert.  Food and drinks will be available in the Country Store.  If it happens to rain the concert will be moved to indoors.  For more info visit

Christmas In July Fair
Date:          Saturday  July 31st
Time:          9am – 6pm
Location:   St. Blaise Parish, 1158 South Main St., Bellingham
Event Info: There will be vendors, crafts, food, activities for the kids and much more.  The fair will be held in the parish community center so no matter what they weather is you can come on buy and have some fun.

The Children of the BrightBeginningsLearningCenter – Making a Difference in the Life of their “Honored Hero”

The Bright Beginnings Learning Center has made a donation of $1,143.24 to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society in honor of their “Honored Hero” Scottie a 5yr old boy who is battling Leukemia.   The children and their parents with the assistance of school nurse Marie Atkinson raised the funds for the donation.  In addition to the donation the children made gifts for Scottie.   Continued
